The brokerage order comes alre\u00adady into effect by the very fact that the client makes use of our acti\u00advity. The brokerage order ther\u00ade\u00adfore does not require any form. Upon conclu\u00adsion of a purchase or other contract eviden\u00adced by us or concluded through our media\u00adtion, the fee is earned, due and paya\u00adble on the day of the conclu\u00adsion of the contract. Unless other\u00adwise agreed in writing, the follo\u00adwing fee rates apply: for purchase contracts 3.57% of the respec\u00adtive purchase price incl. the appli\u00adca\u00adble statu\u00adtory value added tax; the fee claim also arises if the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the proven object takes place in the compul\u00adsory auction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

If the client is alre\u00adady aware of an object iden\u00adti\u00adfied or broke\u00adred by Immo\u00adbi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwelt Rehage & Part\u00adner GmbH, he is obli\u00adga\u00adted to bring this to our atten\u00adtion in writing within three working days, disclo\u00adsing the source of the infor\u00adma\u00adtion. Other\u00adwise, the client cannot refer to such knowledge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

All infor\u00adma\u00adtion, inclu\u00adding the object proofs by us, are inten\u00added exclu\u00adsi\u00advely for the respec\u00adtive client. The client under\u00adta\u00adkes to treat all commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons and docu\u00adments confi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adally. The client is not allo\u00adwed to pass on the object proofs and object infor\u00adma\u00adtion to third parties without the express consent of the broker, which must be obtai\u00adned in writing before\u00adhand. If the client viola\u00adtes this and the third party ther\u00adeby obta\u00adins a busi\u00adness tran\u00adsac\u00adtion or other econo\u00admic advan\u00adtage, the client shall pay us the agreed commis\u00adsion plus value added tax, without any proof of damage on our part being required.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Claims for dama\u00adges against us are excluded with the excep\u00adtion of gross negli\u00adgence or inten\u00adtio\u00adnal acts. The infor\u00adma\u00adtion provi\u00added by Immo\u00adbi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwelt Rehage & Part\u00adner GmbH regar\u00adding the property is based exclu\u00adsi\u00advely on infor\u00adma\u00adtion provi\u00added by third parties, namely by the seller\/\u200blandlord or by a third party commis\u00adsio\u00adned by the seller\/\u200blandlord. It is expressly poin\u00adted out that we have not veri\u00adfied the accu\u00adracy of this third-party infor\u00adma\u00adtion. The object is sold\/\u200brented by Immo\u00adbi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwelt Rehage & Part\u00adner GmbH on a brokerage contract. The client must inform us of direct nego\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adons and their content without being asked. Immo\u00adbi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwelt Rehage & Part\u00adner GmbH is entit\u00adled to be present at the conclu\u00adsion of the contract and to receive a copy or tran\u00adscript of the contract and all ancil\u00adlary agree\u00adments rela\u00adting to it, inso\u00adfar as these are of importance for the calcu\u00adla\u00adtion and due date of the brokerage fee.<\/p>\n
