The client under\u00adta\u00adkes to treat all commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons and docu\u00adments confi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adally. The client is not allo\u00adwed to pass on the object proofs and object infor\u00adma\u00adtion to third parties without the express consent of the broker, which must be obtai\u00adned in writing before\u00adhand. The infor\u00adma\u00adtion provi\u00added by Immo\u00adbi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwelt Rehage &amp;&nbsp;Part\u00adner GmbH regar\u00adding the property is based exclu\u00adsi\u00advely on infor\u00adma\u00adtion provi\u00added by third parties, namely by the seller\/\u200blandlord or by a&nbsp;third party commis\u00adsio\u00adned by the seller\/\u200blandlord. It is expressly poin\u00adted out that we have not veri\u00adfied the accu\u00adracy of this third-party infor\u00adma\u00adtion.
