The client must inform us of direct nego\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adons and their content without being asked. Immo\u00adbi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwelt Rehage &amp;&nbsp;Part\u00adner GmbH is entit\u00adled to be present at the conclu\u00adsion of the contract and to receive a&nbsp;copy or tran\u00adscript of the contract and all ancil\u00adlary agree\u00adments rela\u00adting to it, inso\u00adfar as these are of importance for the calcu\u00adla\u00adtion and due date of the brokerage&nbsp;fee.<\/p><p>You have the right to revoke this contract within four\u00adteen days without giving any reason.
