The client must inform us of direct nego\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adons and their content without being asked. Immo\u00adbi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwelt Rehage & Part\u00adner GmbH is entit\u00adled to be present at the conclu\u00adsion of the contract and to receive a copy or tran\u00adscript of the contract and all ancil\u00adlary agree\u00adments rela\u00adting to it, inso\u00adfar as these are of importance for the calcu\u00adla\u00adtion and due date of the brokerage fee.<\/p>

You have the right to revoke this contract within four\u00adteen days without giving any reason. Conse\u00adquen\u00adces of a revocation<\/strong><\/p>

If you revoke this contract, we shall reim\u00adburse you for all payments we have recei\u00adved from you without undue delay and at the latest within four\u00adteen days from the day on which we recei\u00adved the noti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion of your revo\u00adca\u00adtion of this contract. For this repay\u00adment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the origi\u00adnal tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, unless expressly agreed other\u00adwise with you; in no case will you be char\u00adged any fees because of this repayment.<\/p>

If you have reques\u00adted that the services begin during the with\u00addra\u00adwal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corre\u00adspon\u00adding to the propor\u00adtion of the services alre\u00adady provi\u00added up to the time you notify us of the exer\u00adcise of the right of with\u00addra\u00adwal with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provi\u00added for in the contract.<\/p>
